Farmark support

Account and billing

Manage sign-in, passkeys, billing, exports, and deletion requests.

Sign in

  1. Use your email and password.
  2. If Farmark asks for an email code, check the same inbox you used for the account.
  3. If the code does not arrive, check spam and request a new one.
  4. If you requested more than one code, use the newest email.
  5. On devices you trust, Farmark may offer trusted-device or passkey sign-in after your account is verified.

Password and passkeys

  1. Use the password reset link on the login page.
  2. Choose a password you do not use on other sites.
  3. If you add a passkey, keep at least one device signed in or make sure you can still access your account email.
  4. Remove passkeys or trusted devices from Settings if a phone, tablet, or computer is lost or shared.

Billing

  1. Web billing runs through Stripe. Future mobile app billing may use the app store for that device.
  2. The trial is 14 days. After that, the current plan is $2.99/month unless you cancel.
  3. Use Billing in Settings to update your card, cancel, or reactivate.
  4. If a payment or subscription change does not show right away, wait a minute and refresh Farmark.
  5. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the paid plan.

When billing needs help

  • Email support@farmarkapp.com from the account email.
  • Tell us what you were trying to do: start trial, update payment, cancel, reactivate, or restore access.
  • Do not send card numbers, full receipt payloads, or private payment identifiers.

Data requests

  1. Email privacy@farmarkapp.com for account export or deletion requests.
  2. Use the email address on the Farmark account.
  3. For deletion details, see Delete your Farmark account.
