Farmark support

Privacy and security

Farmark is for family schedules, so keep shared screens practical and privacy-aware.

What Farmark stores

  • Farmark stores account, family, calendar, widget, trusted-device, passkey, and display settings needed to run the app.
  • Do not put sensitive notes on a shared kitchen screen.

Calendar access

  • Imported calendars are read so Farmark can display them.
  • Farmark does not write back to Apple, Google, or iCal feeds from imported calendars.
  • Photo Schedule Import creates event drafts for review before they are saved to your family calendar.
  • Smart Setup helps sort imported schedule items, but you can edit assignments and event details afterward.

Shared display privacy

  • Use Wall Art or display mode for shared screens instead of leaving account settings open.
  • Private imported events should appear as Busy on shared views.
  • Pair displays with a QR code so the shared screen does not need your password.
  • Sign out or remove the display before selling, sharing, or giving away the device.

Good habits

  1. Use a unique password.
  2. Remove passkeys and trusted devices you no longer use.
  3. Use private events for details you do not want on the shared display.
  4. Sign out displays before selling or giving away a device.
  5. When asking support for billing help, do not send full card numbers, receipt payloads, or private payment identifiers.

Report a security issue

  • Email security@farmarkapp.com.
  • Do not post account details or screenshots publicly.
