Farmark support
Troubleshooting
Try these quick fixes first.
Email verification did not continue
- Return to the Farmark tab and refresh.
- If the link says expired, request a new email.
- Check that you are using the newest email, not an older one.
Sign-in code did not arrive
- Check spam or junk.
- Wait a minute, then request a new code.
- Make sure you are checking the account email.
- If you requested more than one code, use the newest email and try again from the same browser tab.
Passkey or trusted-device sign-in fails
- Use email and password, then check the email code if Farmark asks for one.
- Open Settings and remove the old passkey or trusted device if the device was reset, sold, or shared.
- Add a new passkey only on a device your family trusts.
Events are missing
- Check that the right family member is selected.
- If Smart Setup sorted an event into the wrong column, edit the event and choose the correct family member.
- For Google calendars, open Farmark and tap Sync Now if you just changed the source calendar.
- For iCal links, confirm the source calendar is still shared.
- For .ics uploads, upload a fresh file.
- Paired displays should update automatically. If one still looks old after a moment, refresh that display once.
Photo import looks wrong
- Retake the photo if it is blurry, cropped, tilted, or has glare.
- Review each event draft before saving.
- Delete drafts that are not real calendar events.
- For repeating team or school feeds, use a calendar connection when one is available.
Display looks stale
- Confirm the display is online.
- Give calendar and display-setting changes a moment to appear.
- Refresh the browser once.
- Open Farmark from the Home Screen icon again.
- If it still looks old, sign out and pair the display again with the QR code.
Billing or subscription looks wrong
- Open Settings, then Billing.
- If you just paid or changed a subscription, wait a minute and refresh Farmark.
- If Billing still does not match what you expect, email support@farmarkapp.com from the account email.
- Do not send full card numbers, receipt screenshots with private details, or app-store payment identifiers in the first message.
